I’ve begun a new job since my.. “Hiatus” and I must say it is marvelous. I want to go back to school in the fall (I really need too.) Which in turn will help me live with the fact that i could have been going to school for three years now. Whats up with that?
then again, my life is not over.

This video is one of the most genuinely terrifying things i have ever watched. It is not filled with the gore of the 1990’s or the special effects of the year 2000+.. It’s full of humanity, and the terrible reallization that one day we may not be in control. I think it is frightening, and beautiful. I hope you all enjoy.

It’s been a while, my apologies. (this is me under the impression people actually read this)
Anyhow back on point, I’ve been adding things into my life to try and develop a little flavor. For one thing i have stepped up my art, pushing forward into the digital realms, although staying true to my photography as well as uhh.. Other projects. i’ve got a notebook on the go, which is basically drawings, artwork, photos and magazine clippings that i arrange and alter to my liking. Once complete i hope therein lies a story. i have t shirt designs in the works, and I also did a Banner for a band on myspace.. (check it out at www.myspace.com/solongselene) They are a heavy rock band for sure, but the track appropriately named “Death of 10,000 shapes” I swear it will melt your freakin heart.
I’ve been reading a bit of Austen, (Jane for those who dont know, check her out also) And this has prompted me to track down the film adaptations of these novels. My first would be the romantic and clever “Pride and Prejudice” starring Keira Knightley as our strong willed Heroin. To be quite honest, I have fallen in love with this film. Knightley portrays Bennett with Charisma in such a way were we instantly like Ms Bennett. Music plays a big part in the films themes, with the ballroom dancing and parties, as well as in the home where the less beautious and adventurous of the bennett sisters seems to sit out of the story, appropriately playing the same hauntingly beautiful piano that resonates throughout the entire film. Now i know people arent going to run out and buy this movie based on this “review” alone, but Pride and Prejudice is a classic, and the movie gives it much desired revamping. So my advice to you is to fall in love, all over again.

For those who think Lady Gaga has no talent.
Pretty ugly, is a concept i love. I think an artist has done their job right when he/she can take something grotesque, normally viewed as ugly and manipulate it to make it beautiful. Take from these images the Glittery Scales and the Shiny silvers of Fish skins, the metallic gradient of its body.
Today I propose a theory to you.
The Puppy Factor.
Your life could be in the crapper, just downright awful at the moment, but then as if by Magic, the arrival of a Puppy seems to make everything better.
This has been my experience today :P, I just got a new Puppy and I have to say everything else has just taken a back seat to this so cute is sickening little dog.
